  21. Florida is close by to Cuba and is usually the first destination for those wanting to come to America from Columbia, Peru, Nicaragua, Honduras and all the other countries in that area. Miami feels like another country with Spanish being as common as English. And yes the problem is with the border with Mexico but is not just Mexican people, it’s people from all over Latin America. I can understand why DeSantis is doing what he’s doing but I’m also from a border state (New Mexico)

  27.  @sethnmarshall  maybe democrats shouldn’t call their cities sanctuary cities and help out rather than kick people when they are down, the border states can only do so much, they deal with immigrants by the thousands daily, it’s time for northern sanctuary states to pull their weight and put their money where their mouth is, this is no time to be racist, these are hard working people, don’t be scared of the brown folks, they just want a better life.

There is nothing wrong with sending them to areas up north, especially sanctuary cities to help accommodate them, but apparently alot of racist democrats in those areas

  42. But that’s the point, they are being spread out, there are already too many immigrants in Florida and the border states. Have you been to Miami or southern TX, NM,AZ or CA? They all feel like Latin American and Mexico
