  4. She probably didn’t pay taxes because she sees nothing from that, she gains nothing, she could buy clothes or something interesting instead of throwing all that money towards taxes. Lots of people do these things and it ends up hurting them. Not just with taxes but with other necessities like car registration or maintenance related things
