  1. 12:20 "There are all of these ways people make excuses for losing". Are they "make excuses for losing" or are they attempting to cover up their treachery? These are two totally different things, one is a "mistake" and the other is intentional fraud. And considerable effort should be used to determine whether it was a "mistake" or whether it was actually treachery and fraud.
