  1. Mhi kl - If the Democratic and Republican parties did merge at least it would give an honest view of the political representation in the US. As it stands you are correct; all elections are a farce and a deception of the people, but the trick is to convince the majority of this deception. If you have ever attempted to convince those who ignore the corruption, you will realize they fall into 2 categories; the sleaze and the fools. The sleaze understands the corruption especially within the Democratic Party because they are either Corporate Democrats or Closet Republicans, they will enforce this deception whenever possible as it advantages their cause. The fools are even more pathetic. Remember what Mark Twain said, “It's easier to fool people than to convince them that they have been fooled.” There are many who voted for Obama and have not yet realized it was a scam; and they will probably never realize it. These are the individuals that cause Democracy to fail; they are usually apathetic, weak minded fools that never want to investigate the truth and are willing to bet the future of the children on their mindless, apathetic self delusion. There is not much you can with these fools except try to educate them; if you consider Twain’s insight into the thought processes of a fool we have little hope but we must continue to try.
