Given that Cecil Rhodes exploited Africa to benefit the British plutocrats as well as initiated apartheid in South Africa, it's no wonder it's still called the Rhodes Scholarship. There is even a statue of Cecil Rhodes outside of Chatham House in London. Chatham House is the British equivalent of the Rockefeller's Council on Foreign Relations and sometimes called the "Royal Institute of International Affairs".
