The most effective way to induce fear into the population is a threat of a larger Chernobyl. It creates fear in the minds of the ignorant and gullible and it creates an emotional environment where they will more easily accept propaganda.

The elites understand the era of easy profits and exporting jobs is over, and they are now in the early stages of ramping up domestic production in the US.
