  1. Arrest Putin for transferring schoolchildren out of a war zone? Don't arrest the leader of a criminal regime for committing enocidegay with video evidence and their own admission? Most of these institutions (e.g. ICC, ICJ, OPCW . . . ) have exposed their irrelevancy. The western war criminals are riding these compromised institutions into the dust; their days are certainly numbered.
