Putting her in charge of one of the many CIA factions (e.g. National Endowment for Democracy) used to infiltrate and subvert other nations should be very beneficial to the interests of US oligarchs. Who knows; Powers may even play a crucial role in the further destabilization of Venezuela; she may be able to increase the death toll of US sanctions well past 100K. Powers and Nuland in Ukraine; and unbeatable team for Empire.
