  1. Thomas, you are missing the big picture. Remember when Carter stated that the US was no longer a democracy but an oligarchy; this makes your argument about resolving issues at the ballot box moot. And as for International Law, you must remember the US is not a signatory to The Hague and International Law and therefore Bush, Cheney, or Rumsfeld cannot be prosecuted under International Law – sad but true. Even if International Law could be applied to the criminal Anglo-American oligarchs and their minions (politicians), there is always the American Service-Members’ Protection Act that allows the use of the US military to extract by force any US war criminal that may be detained under International Law in The Hague. So the criminal imperialist oligarchs and their obsequious minions have the system locked up tight. The only chance of prosecution is outside of the US and outside of International Law. So why was Malaysian Airlines losing so many planes?
