  1. Thomas, you have been fooled before by Republicans pretending to be Democrats so they can cast aspersions on Bernie’s character. How well do you know this, so called, philanthropist. I am not saying that all wealthy people are unprincipled, deceptive, sleaze; but in my experience, many are. I am always suspicious; most philanthropists set up foundations to use their untaxed dollars for influence peddling. Could he be someone attempting to disable Bernie’s message? I believe that Bernie’s staff did the right thing by their refusal of the money. Remember, some Wall Street CEOs make a million dollars a week; Bernie makes about two hundred thousand a year. A million dollar donation could do inconceivable damage to an honest campaign if the propaganda was effectively spun by Shillary. Maybe get this “philanthropist” to publicly support Bernie for President.
