  1. When the psychopath and sociopath plutocrats at the top of the pecking order gain enough wealth and power, they buy and control governments. It’s that simple, and it’s the next fascist totalitarian step in capitalism. They don’t only buy governments, they also buy and consolidate media in both mainstream and the alternate (Hartmann). If the “corporation” is given the same legal status as a person and only considers the “bottom line”, I can’t see any other result. What Thomas is doing with his Trump hysteria is help the plutocrats induce fear into the population; and people focused on a threat won’t be looking behind them as they are stabbed in the back. Fear and empathy are the two best motivators the plutocrats and their minions could ever use and it uses the old Mark Twain quote, “It’s Easier to Fool People Than to Convince Them That They Have Been Fooled” to stop them asking awkward questions. The plutocrats get their minions to tap the people on the nose to get them where the plutocrats want them to be. It works every time.
