It was the "Third Way" Democratic Party that "turned to the dark side" when Clinton and Gore founded the Democratic Leadership Council funded by the right wing billionaire Charles Koch. So don't ever believe Biden believes what he says; he is just a puppet of Wall Street that does what he's told and reads from manicured notes and an Autocue. Remember, Biden used Republican senators to speak for him on his 2020 campaign; he is part of Wall Street's bipartisan (Democrat + Republican) con game on the American people. Understand it's the Democrats (together with the Republicans) that don't want "Build Back Better" to pass and any other policies that could impede the power of their Wall Street masters. Remember, both parties are funded by Wall Street. Kyrsten Sinema is just a useful "plausible deniability" tool of the Democratic establishment. Sinema is just a political asset that can be sacrificed on the Hartmann alter to ensure the Democratic establishment doesn't lose face while screwing the people, and ensuring critical policies (e.g Build Back Better) never see the light of day.

@andrefasset3266 : Many are waking to this reality, but there is a stubborn and self delusional core that continues to believe the lies and deception from establishment pundits like Hartmann and so many others. It's as if this core refuses to acknowledge the corruption of their democratic process and refuses to waken to the fact the US is an Empire that steals their wealth and slaughters foreign innocents for profit. This establishment army of social media deceivers (e.g. Hartmann, Maddow) have been recruited to divide-and-conquer the American people and promote either the Democratic or Republican establishments just to maintain the status quo. As for the timing of the awakening, who knows? Chris Hedges may be correct in his prediction; he is a brilliant man with insights of which I could only dream. I would like to think the full awakening is just around the corner, but maybe that's just being hopeful. What concerns me are the systems the establishment has put in place to deal with just such an awakening - Complete surveillance; Fake news and filtering speech by "Surveillance Valley"; "Terrorist" legislation; Militarized Police; Cheney's NDAA; and never forget Obama's removal of Posse Comitatus that now allows the military to be used as domestic police should the state and county police side with the people. The establishment has learned well from previous uprisings around the planet and has thought of almost everything; but it's those unseen cracks in the system that must be exploited. Many western countries are now passing legislation to shut down any voice deemed too dangerous to "National Security". One example of this legislation is usually sold to the public as protecting the "innocents" on the internet. While they are manipulating your maternal and paternal instincts and emotions, they will be transforming the internet into a place where only "state sanctioned" voices will be allowed to speak, and "state sanctioned" narratives and "truths" will be heard. I expect that to be introduced sometime soon. But until that day arrives, it is our job to attempt to awaken as many of that recalcitrant core as possible.

@bipolarbear9917 I would be hesitant to dismiss John Kasich's comments too quickly. Unlike Bernie and his pushing of Russiagate, John Kasich has shown his honesty and his commitment to democracy and the people time and time again. Just being ostracized by the corrupt media should give some idea of Kasich's integrity. Unlike Bernie, John Kasich is definitely a rare commodity - an honest politician with a track record to prove it. Kasich has battled corporate monopolies and corruption his whole life to the point where he had a bullet pass through his house just missing his head. If that ever happened to Bernie, you wouldn't see him for dust. Knowing the consequences of exposing the lies of Empire, Kasich went to Syria along with Gabbard to find the facts; you would never see that level of integrity from Bernie. The best you could expect from Bernie would be some off-the-cuff comment criticizing Putin to keep the Clinton-Democratic wolves at bay. The most favorable thing I could say about Bernie is he is politically flexible like so many others (e.g. The Squad). Reforming the electoral system is a nice idea, but the plutocrats are in charge and they aren't going to shoot themselves in the foot. From Gerrymandering to Superdelegates; the whole system has been carefully designed so it can be manipulated by the plutocrats; and they aren't going to change something that works so well anytime soon. If you read the Federalist Papers, you will understand the “Founding Fathers” never intended for the US to be a “democracy”; and it has been ruled by plutocratic families ever since. The stories you are told about the original Constitution and democracy are just Disney folk tales. Over the years, these plutocratic families have coordinated their puppets (politicians) in Washington to get the outcomes they desired. This fake democracy is a useful tool of the plutocrats as it gives the illusion of freedom and democracy. Understand that slaves are much more easily controlled if they are under the illusion they are free. So it’s now the job of the people to make this illusory democracy real. Just after we saw the Clinton “Shadow” App that compromised the Iowa primaries for Sanders, we watched as the Democratic establishment coordinated with their primary candidates to remove themselves from the race (2020) just so Biden would beat Sanders. At the time the establishment appeared to be unsure of Sanders motives and intent, but history has shown they had nothing to worry about. Over the decades, the Democratic establishment has carefully designed the system to filter out real progressives and either eject them from the party or just relocate them into an area where they can do no harm. The Democratic establishment has also designed the system to control the narrative and along with the corrupted media, filter that narrative to only pass what it deems "acceptable" speech. Anything other than "acceptable" speech is severely criticized by the establishment media and the culprits are usually ostracized. This is a coordinated network designed to keep real progressives out of the race independent of which voting system is in place, and independent of the will of the people. If you wish to understand this scam a little further may I seriously suggest you read, "A People's History of the United States", by the great historian Howard Zinn. And if you wish to learn more about the unwinding of Roosevelt's New Deal and how the plutocrats crushed the fledgling democracy after WW2, may I suggest, "One Nation Under God; How Corporate America Invented Christian America", by Princeton history professor Kevin M. Kruse. I'm just speculating, but it may not be too long before Howard Zinn's book is banned.
