Doesn’t he realize the plutocrats have a history of using the forum of institutionalized religion to manipulate the rubes? You will find an accurate account of this in the book, “One Nation Under God: How Corporate America Invented Christian America”, by Princeton history professor Kevin Kruse. Kruse wrote extensively about how after the New Deal, the plutocrats recruited religious leaders to spread their scam by conflating Christianity and capitalism. This started around 1940 with Reverend James W. Fifield Jr. and has progressed through to the Graham dynasty of today. The plutocrats recruited Fifield to sell their message when most religious leaders saw it for the scam it was. In fact, those religious leaders less inclined to be influenced by dollars called this religious scam after Cellophane, because it was a DuPont product and you could see right through it. So, you can see the strategy of using institutionalized religion to manipulate the rubes is as old as; well, as religion.
