  1. Have you noticed when Corporate Democrats don’t want to discuss policy or intent, they revert back to the old litany of arguments used to distract from the real issues. Sure these issues (Racism, Immigration, Human Rights, gay rights, feminism, etc. etc. etc.) are important, but have you noticed how these are just tools used by Corporate Democrats so they don’t have to discuss real policy and policy for which the Democratic Party actually stands. Hartmann, maybe it’s time you got another dose of Thomas Frank’s philosophy; someone who has broken down and analyzed the Corporate Liberal; someone that understands how these Corporate Liberals think and for whom they work; understands how Bill Clinton actually moved to the right and justifying the move by the treacherous statement, “They have no other place to go”. So Clinton believed Main Street didn’t have anywhere else to go except to vote for the “least” worse party. Well, it may have taken 16 years to build; it may have taken another treacherous, deceptive right wing liberal Obama to push Main Street away from the elite, but surprisingly Clinton’s statement of, “They have no other place to go” turned out to be wrong (Trump). When you give the people the choice of no choice, the choice they actually make could sunrise you; and it did surprise even with the fabricated Russiagate rhetoric as a distraction. C’mon Hartmann; put Thomas Frank on your show; get some honesty back into your production, and treat your audience to a credible narrative.

  2. It's the Corporate Media that influences, drives and consolidates public opinion. The CIA and the Media are joined at the hip. People just believe the CIA tasks are only assassinations and the overthrowing of governments for their oligarch masters, but their most insidious task is Cultural Engineering using captured media both domestically and Globally. I'm sorry but while the Corporate Media exists, the people are doomed to live in a Neoliberal, Neoconservative nightmare. I appreciate your admission about "casting a vote AGAINST", as this is the way the system is designed. The ever swinging political pendulum of disappointment manipulated by the oligarchs along with an intentionally fixed two-party system (Republicrats) which they control to ensure they get one of their candidates in power. As William Tweed said, "I don't care who does the electing, so long as I get to do the nominating." It's time to get off this system that continually pushes one to vote for the lesser of two evils.
