When he was discussing Venezuela, all he was talking about was the incompetence of the Venezuelan government, when the UN has shown it is the US sanctions and oil price manipulation that has destroyed the economy. Conveniently, that was neglected as the prime cause by Hartmann along with the history of CIA coups like the 2002 coup where Chavez was flown out of the country. Hartmann was using this tactic because he knows the Liberal-Fascists in Washington and the Liberal-Fascist media use the convenient excuse of "Responsibility to Protect" so their Wall Street mates have their excuse to intervene and steal the natural resources of Venezuela. I have yet to see a real potential candidate like the unambiguous Tulsi Gabbard on this show. Notice how she has been ignored by Hartmann and the mainstream (MSNBC) media alike.  As for Sanders, I don't know where he stands. Is he for intervention in Venezuela of did he again abstain; what was his last statement? Where does he stand on the anti-democratic scam shown in the Podesta emails; how badly does Bernie have to be screwed by the Democratic establishment. You may have noticed Hartmann didn't cover the Californian DNC being sued by donors for the same scam whereby the DNC used the defense, "The DNC doesn't have to run FAIR primaries". Is Bernie going to bend over again when asked by the DNC? What happens to Bernie when he signs the DNC Loyalty Pledge: https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/5759487-Bernie-Sanders-signs-DNC-loyalty-pledge.html This leaves Bernie open to the dictatorship of the same Fascist-Democratic establishment with its members manipulating the poor pathetic rubes that see the world superficially through rose colored glasses. Wake up! Learn from history; do some research on Henry Wallace at the 1944 DNC Convention. It's pathetic watching ignorant rubes accept every lie, distortion, and omission the establishment throws at them without question. It's even more pathetic watching them come to conclusions on premisses that would embarrass a goldfish. The only conclusion I cam come to is the only idiots that take this crap seriously are either in bed with this Hartmann scam or they have an IQ lower than their shoe size.

  2. You are speaking of something that isn't in Hartmann's interest to bring to the fore. Remember Hartmann's job is to maintain the status quo on behalf of the plutocrats; to promote the Liberals owned by Wall Street, and to ensure the people continue selecting between the "lesser of two evils". Yes, Hartmann's job is to ensure that either the fascist Liberals or the fascist Republicans remain in power. I am using the Mussolini definition of fascist - the mergence of corporation and state. Progressiveism plays no part in the ideology of the plutocrats that pay Hartmann for comment. The only time you will hear "progressive" mentioned is when Hartmann is attempting to expand his audience base; sometimes he uses the word "progressive" to distort his own political footprint.
