Trump isn't saying anything! If you pay attention, Trump is reading an Auto-cue (probably 2); and on that Auto-cue are instructions from the owners of the US. The owners aren't the American people; the owners are the wealthy families that own the US. Trump is just a puppet reading Auto-cues, delivering messages, and scamming the people in the interests of his owners. Never forget, Trump started his career as a wrestling promoter for Vince McMahon, and he continues to use the skills he learned in wrestling promotion now in politics.
