  1. It would help the validity of the ICC if the USA signed up to it. I also don't understand the constant N#zi references to Russian behaviour, the Soviets were committing Genocide and deportations long before the N#zis, and they continued doing it long after, they are the gold standard for inhumanity, calling them N#zis is actually absolving their own far worse history.
