  11.  @andreaslundberg2978  back in the early 2000s, when the borders were opened up to the poor countries in Eastern Europe, Labour released a statement saying only about 40k people would be coming to the UK from these countries, they'd be single 20 to 40 year olds who wanted to work for a few years then go home, now there are over 5 million of these people applying for permanent residency, it is a shame politicians aren't held accountable by law for the things they promise.
