The Russian tourists I came across at my hotel in Greece would eat in the restaurant like they'd never been taught table manners, they'd sit with their dinner in front of them lower their face, then shovel the food in like an eating competition, I can understand why those rich Russians in London hired special agencies to teach them how to behave in upper-class establishments.

  4. I agree with you for the most part, but why didn't the Ukrainian government start training their pilots on NATO jets 2 or 3 years ago? so in a situation like this you'd have people ready to fly?
