A bit of context would be helpful, like who he's connected to, an enemy of the Kremlin? A friend of the Kremlin like Abramovic? it helps decide a motive, if he's like Abramovic then it could have been suicide knowning he's about to be investigated seriously as to where his money came from, I find it hard to believe he's been whacked, any Russian oligarchs outside Russia at the moment anywhere in the world would be living with a couple of 24 hour security, armed of course, even in the UK these people have private armed security, so if anyone actually knows more about who this guy is speak up.
