  3. The same response as the last two petitions run by the RSPCA which I signed. "it respects the rights of Jews and Muslims to eat meat prepared in accordance with their religious beliefs."   8. It's not new is it! 15 year old news. I knew this in 2010 when Prof. D. Coleman said we become a minority by around 2066. I guess people didn't believe me when I told them. Or didn't want/couldn't/wouldn't believe it. Too impossible! Bill=B.N.P.
