  1. My previous cat who I took in as a stray got a bad infestation of fleas and I decided to give him a bath. Knowing him, I put on my biker jacket and bike gauntlets and glad I did! I would have been ripped to shreds! Once he was soaked he calmed down and was okay after.

  2. I took in a stray cat. My cat hates being picked up even after 4 years. I follow her down the garden path and she hisses at me, like she's saying don't follow me. Other days she comes to me for a couple of minutes stroke time. She likes a short time when I brush her but won't stand still and very rarely sits on my knee. A really independent cat who loves being outside, it was sunrise to sunset and just coming in for food when I got her but she's calmed down a bit now and spends more time inside..

  3. It's nice to interact with animals like this. I don't imagine he understands what she says though.
