  46. We don't know the full story. We can jump to conclusions. I used to live opposite an old folks home and one woman 'escaped' regularly and was wandering around very locally and the staff had to come and take her back.

One security gate at the communal back has I think had super glue poured into the lock because our African neighbours couldn't be bothered to lock the gate when coming in or going out doing their motorbike deliveries.
