Ok, have you ever dealt with "sticky dash"? I'm doing a heavily neglected vehicle now that has this. Not even kidding, it took me the better part of two weeks to refurbish the dash. I finally found that steam with brush attachment and isopropyl alcohol worked best but still took a very long time to eradicate the thick layer of sticky residue.

Amazing job!

Very awesome! That studio is nice. May have been a long 11 hours but I bet it felt nice to di it in your own professional studio and not your personal gradge!

Holy cow! I know the difficulty of a job this big. Turned out great!

Have you ever had any of these owners get butthurt at how you describe how they treated their vehicle before you got it?

You having a hard time getting clients to your new studio?

@GetMotivated978 thank you for that advice. I did a ton of research on this issue. Granted, I did not verify the source of some of the methods. I saw one guy use Bug & Tar remover, another use Goo Gone and then another use IPA. All these methods worked but the first two took literal hours for a square foot of cleaning. When I coupled the steam/brush/IPA the sticky residue came right off. Luckily, this car is a flip. The dash looks practically brand new now although some of the interior stains will never come out I think it worked out well. But moving forward I'll use a less aggressive agent. Thanks again!

I tried. I bought a new car and said several times "Leave all the plastic on and do not wash it". The guys in the back apparently didn't get the memo.

Beautiful work. I'm doing a 2005 VW Beetle currently. The worst condition I have ever personally seen a car. Have you ever dealt with "sticky dash" from years of elements and neglect? I'm four days into correcting that alone.

WOW!!! That was terrifying!

Amazing! Owner can flip and sell for profit now!

That danged rear hatch on SUBs and trunks on sedans holds so much freaking dirt!

Awesome job! Owner should be pretty damn satisfied!

I have a 2005 VW Beetle I bought as a flip. The interior was much like this Honda but I'm certain the back seat stains were more bio than chocolate milk. Took me 5 separate cleanings (same process as yours) to get it nearly perfect again.

Beautiful! Bang up job dude!

Nothing short of a miracle! I'm working a 2005 VW Beetle that unfortunately appears to be about as disgusting as this. Some stains I will have to walk away from...and I hate that!

I'm curious why you didn't use "Goo Gone" first to dwell and lightly wipe away. That's what it's for.

That thing is so badass!!!
