  2. I 100% get it! The "kid in a candystore" mentality...will never get old. In my less than 6 months of being a professional detailer I geeked out over a beautiful GT500 Mustang I was priviledge to detail. And this week I'm doing a full detail on a 1986 Mazda RX7 so the owner can put it on "BaT". I'm thrilled to have the opportunity. Immediately after that I will be doing the same owner's all original 1972 Dethomaso Pantera before he takes it to a local car show. In my infancy as a detailer I may not be ready for a $4M car but getting these opportunities to work on rare cars is an absolute ream. Way to go Larry!

  3. Only you dude. Only you.😂 When it comes to testing, I think you take the top honor. I love off-road as much as anyone else and I also love my Ram Rebel being as clean as possible...after a weekend of off-road. But, testing those capabilities may possibly sway a mobile detailer to go that route with a beautiful and capable truck. Pretty badass!

  6. My very first professional detail was a disastrous "sticky dash" situation. Everything from A-pillar covers to entire dash, steering wheel, center console and door cards was covered in this mess. I did a ton of research and everything failed miserably until I tried IPA and steam. It did come at a cost though as some of the dye on the plastic was removed in the process. But this was a highly neglected barn find and we all knew it was going to happen.

  9. Not even kidding...I grew up just a few miles from that airport. It used to be well known as G. O. Carlson Airport. I was there weekly for Civil Air Patrol meetings as a teen. I know this hanger! I'm hopefully moving back up that way soon.

I'm excited to announce that I just created my own YT channel. I've been away on business for the last few months (due home in about two weeks) so the creation has happened and the content will come soon.

  15. Larry, I gotta ask. Have you ever done a flip that didn't work out the way you envisioned? I ask because my first flip (last year) is turning out bad. The interior was like a homicide scene but I cleaned it up beautifully. The engine on the other hand...I think it may be seized. Waiting on a mechanic buddy to come give me a hand. What would you do if you find out your flip is a flop?

  27. I have a 1999 Yamaha FZR600 that I've owned for a long time. After I get done riding her I want to do something similar and display it somewhere. My Ducati on the other hand...needs a fresh detail since it's winter. I'm pulling everything off!
