The USA had the W-48 nuclear artillery 155mm shell. They took them out of the inventory in the 1990's I'm sure it wouldn't be hard to pull them out of deep storage. A lot of us remember the nuclear posturing of the cold war. There are zero positive outcomes for everyone if that little megalomaniac decides to start using nukes.
