  1. Harris won't be nominated to the court. It takes 3/4 vote of both houses to refill the office of vice president outside of a general election. You are not going to get the current congress to agree on anything. So that will leave the vp office empty. What happens if biden kicks off when the Republicans control the house? We could end up with Kevin McCarthy as the president for f__cks sake.
