  19. i have complained about Apple Stores in Shanghai for illicit fees. I paid fees in HK for my computer abuse. Near San Francisco though same computer abuse or MacAbuse, i was to pay $100 & the repair took almost twice the time 1st suggested and i maintained my complaints.l it was sent to Texas vendor & though the charge could have been up to $1000. They replaced the innards & screen for "free". My older sister commented a few months ago, i would rather have services in a less minimum wage area than greater. As appreciation is better received. Folks [including employees] are snottier in well paid neighborhoods. Thanks for all the advice!

Before 2018, the most I had to pay above Apple Care was Not as high as 2018 when I paid 5000RMB. 1st time change logic board OK, 2nd time same due to "Water damage" suspicious Definately not an AppleStore experience so I wrote a complaint. I had bought a 2900HKD 15" MBP in the Sept mean time. Oct., Trader Joes carbonated water gushes my keyboard behind Apple Store SF main. Next day Icheck with AppleStore of water damage. They report NONE! Dec, I start to have difficulties w/MagSafe never before (2009), so I call AppleCare Austin, TX. 1week b/f appointment. B/f a few hours then Genius Bar- IPhone has top priority, though my MacBookPros clearly cost more. Again GeniusDude says 5d-1week, but by Tuesday- next day, email confirmation- DONE. Call next day. Today pick up. Notice on order 8500rmb of 8900rmb charges either superficial or b/f AppleCare was done as GeekSquad Stds. If U want copy of order & email to tech savy brother-in-law ...

  25. been getting scammed by Shanghai Apple Store, IAPM said over 10kRMB for repairs. So I brought the 15" MBP back to Canton St, HK store I originally bought it, they said 11k+HKD. 06/21 riot Sunday across the harbour. I brought the MBP on Monday, worse shape than in Shanghai. I called them from Apple Store IAPM across the harbour after 1PM. Astoundingly computer fixed next day [Tuesday]. Either Wed/Thursday picked this up. NO CHARGE. So there I bought 2 more years of Apple Care. $349

  33.  @simonestreeter1518  i was at a motel [best western] which the Front Desk Clerks admitted there were Covid-guests. While some of the [female] clerks put up the plastic barrier, which caused me not to clutch the counter. And male clerks didn't put up the barieers.

  37. almost 4y ago, i bought nytimes/wirecutter suggested shark vaccuum. after 2y after trading it in 3x w/amazon, i called shar [5y warantee] apparently it needed be set up. Lots of tension, but vaccuum still working.
