No matter what your intellectual capacity, it's limited by information you have and the time you have available.
Therefore you have to fall back on ' 'experts '. I have had plenty of time on my hands, and saw this Ukrainian crisis coming many years ago. The 'West' IS a threat to the Russian way of life, the Donbass region HAS been under attack by Ukraine forces for years, and IS a contested area. Putin has been raising this issue with the West, but it's been ignored.
The West has become morally, ideologically, and intellectually corrupt, and is firmly on the side of the new world order, and globalism.
Whatever Russia is , it stands firmly against this. The global elites hate Russia for this reason, and have OPENLY stated they want to split Russia up.
