With 1 billion in USofA military hardware heading to the Ukraine, the Ukraine president seems as if he would rather see his country turned into another weapons testing ground than remain neutral. Seems the USofA want another proxy war, and military sales opportunities. Is being neutral such a bad thing, the Swiss have prospered well.
