  1. It doesn't matter if a threat is 'perceived' as a real threat. That is up to overworked, jaded, sometimes uncaring police and judicial system. If a threat is made, it a breech of protection order, PERIOD!! He should have been arrested earlier. Too many times women and children are murdered by spouses and just as either Nicole Simpson, the murdering spouse gets away with the murder. It HAS TO CHANGE!
