The only things I have issue with is biological and nuclear, because they both have a latent danger where simple inattention, with no further action, to its storage and care can lead to it being dangerous. And governments of the world are attempting to give these up, and at that point, I say that's fair game for legislation if even governments aren't even wanting these weapons existing in their own hands.
