  1. Every person has natural rights, and they all have a natural right to liberty. That includes within it freedom of movement. All immigration laws should be struck down. Not only do they infringe on natural rights, but they're unconstitutional. Congress is given authorization to legislate only for naturalization, not immigration. The United States survived 75 years without any immigration policies just fine. If you want to drastically cut down on criminal and gang activity, stop with the drug scheduling and enforcement. This is, again, an infringement on the natural rights of the people. I hate how both Conservatives and Democrats in this nation pick and choose natural rights to defend and which to attack. It's sickening.
