0:58 It's a hard-bound book and looks like a Semitic or Persian carving of a person.

+Conner Hanks Knock, knock.
1
+Conner Hanks The Doctor Who must not be named? Doctorus Prime? "Dammit Jim, I'm Doctor Who, not a ship's medic!" Mace Windwho? Iron Doctor? The Incredible Doc?
1
The Noisy Cricket should have been on this list.
1
+Gary Housel You clearly were just playing in pubs with whiners.
1
+Fuk u nerd Insurgency, ArmA and Squad are not very good competitive shooters.
1
+Mine Cal I was wondering what that "switch glitch" thing is supposed to mean.
1
+Koitla onu In some cases, switching is a bad thing because there's a lot ready time when switching to the AWP before it's able to be fired, let alone scoped.
1
+Jared From Subway I've played 1.5, 1.6, Source and GO all competitively. Your opinion is invalid -- the AWP is not OP.
1
Christopher Anthony It's about teamwork and an awper can't watch two places at once.
1
Christopher Anthony Yeah, 1v1 at range, but if you're 1v1 and you're going to the site where the awper is (especially if you're giving the range to the awper and not choosing a path that will get you closer before engaging), you've done something wrong.
1
Christopher Anthony But you're ignoring the rest of my post that even if you are facing an awper at a site in a 1v1 situation, you've done something wrong. You should be at the opposite site from the awper, forcing them to come to you and turning the advantage in your favor by forcing the retake.
1
Christopher Anthony if you have an ounce of game awareness and know how to use utility, you know where he's coming from. Not that it really matters since you should be playing for time anyway, not setting up to preaim someone coming into site. You're just trying to set this up in a perfect vacuum of gun vs. gun when that's not CS; that's COD. Have you ever considered why the AK is one shot to the head while the M4 is two? The accuracy difference between the two only has a little bit to do with it. It's because the CT's get to set up in sites while the T's have to take the sites and are constantly out of position. That's why the T's are given the more powerful primary rifle. It's not just an arbitrary decision or one that is intended to represent real life, but it's a game-play balancing aspect in asynchronous game play modes.
1
Christopher Anthony LEM. Being the most powerful gun in the game doesn't fit the definition of being overpowered.
1
Christopher Anthony Then why would you chime in on a conversation regarding whether or not an AWP is OP in opposition to a person arguing the AWP is not OP? That doesn't make any sense.
1
Christopher Anthony He said he can "shrek most awp players." That's very different from what you recall.
1
Christopher Anthony He's right, though. Killing an awper in close-to-medium range is in the favor of the one with the automatic or semi-automatic weapon.
1
***** You may get that in some scrub rank, but that's 1 in 10 shots at best that someone's that lucky, unless you're right in their face, and in that case you've made a mistake.
1
Shinigami, you're not good enough at cs to know what you're talking about.
1
Try me, Shinigami.
1
Shinigami, you going to prove your hours or what?
1
lol, you're including the main menu as a level? You'd have to literally have spent 10 hours every. single. day. playing steam games lol. And that's not even counting non-steam games. And you don't appear to have played anything competitive. It also appears you spend a lot of time on bunnyhop/surf servers. I have 3000 hours between 1.6 (1000 hours), Source (300) and CSGO (1,600). Almost all competitive play time and no idling like you've clearly done.
1
Mind telling me when de_dust was ever in a competitive rotation? lol You are lying through your teeth, and that absolutely proves it.
1
You're just not giving up the ghost? smh Remember I have over 1000 hours in 1.6 (partly 1.5). Dust was never in the competitive rotation, only dust2. The fact that you inferred that you have a large number of hours playing competitive on de_dust just makes me laugh. You probably don't even know the channels to find a scrim.
1
Why am I having to explain this to you? Oh. Right. That's because you have no idea what you're talking about. A rotation is a set of competitive maps selected from a pool to be played in a season of competitive play, like in CAL. Rotation is just common nomenclature, and that's why it's used in CSGO. And you don't know what channels you would use to find a scrim, do you?
1
tfw you still think I'm talking about CSGO. You don't know what channels you would find a scrim in, do you? See? You keep avoiding answering that question, because you don't even know how competitive before CSGO even worked.
1
hahaha, so you're talking about just pubbing? Nice. Pubbing is definitely not competitive play. In fact, it's the exact opposite.
1
scrimming is short for a scrimmage: an informal sports contest or practice match. You don't know what you're talking about. You're standing behind your inflated hours to give your opinion more weight. I've completely undermined your self appeal to authority. The only experience you have with an AWP is pubs. That's clear. Being the designated AWPer in competitive play is an extremely difficult position to play.
1
satanicxela But they starred an all female cast, so if you don't like it, you're just misogynistic.

***** Yeah, the Dana thing was weird. They mentioned her, but didn't touch on what was going on with her character, or Oscar, for that matter. I think the voice performances were great from everyone except Bill Murray. Even Murray's brother was great. Peck's voice was a little eh, but since he was a side character I could overlook it pretty easily. But I was honestly not surprised about Bill Murray. He's the primary reason the franchise died in the 80's. I thought maybe they would get the voice actor from The Real Ghosbusters cartoon, because I didn't see Bill working with the franchise again. But despite those couple of problems, it was an awesome direct continuation from the first movie, I thought. Though the unused script of the Ghostbusters going to Hell that Akroyd mentioned on at least one occasion would have been pretty fun too.
1
***** Really? I didn't know Music was dead. There goes a piece of my childhood. Well, damn. Now you got me all emotional. But, yeah, you're totally right about Music and Coulier. It's really hard to say if Dan himself had an issue with Bill. That's more my take. In the interviews when Dan is asked about Ghosbusters, and he talks about Bill, he really beats around the bush. You get the feeling that he had problems with what was going on, but he doesn't want to just throw Bill under the bus. He uses words like "stresses," "complications," etc., but he's always really quick to say that Bill's a good guy in the same breath.
1
***** Yeah, you very well may be right on that. I wonder what it was like for Harold and Bill to collaborate again to do the video game.
1
***** I'm really glad that things were smoothed over between them before Harold passed. Yeah, I was wondering if they had even read their lines together. I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't read in the same room, though. I don't know how much Dan and Harold really had a hand in the game's production though.

"What martial arts school is that from?" Survival, the foremost martial art.
1
In early 1.6 and before (don't know about source) you could fire a shot, quick switch to your deagle, and the AWP would go through it's cooldown as though you allowed the bolt pull animation to play. They changed it later so after switching back to the AWP, you still had to wait for the bolt pull animation before being able to fire again.

Kimberly York Barbarians is just the Germanic word adopted in Rome and used for foreigners. Similar to how "savage" is based on the Latin sylvan, literally means of the forest and doesn't imply anything regarding temperament. There was black nobility of the past, and we study those we have actual histories for. Askia and the Songhai Empire, for instance. Unfortunately, outside of that empire, there is little to no written history for Subsaharan Africa.
1
Kimberly York They weren't. Look it up. It says, "(in ancient times) a member of a community or tribe not belonging to one of the great civilizations (Greek, Roman, Christian)." The idea that it represents uncivilized people with poor temperaments came a few hundred years later.
1
Kimberly York But you can look it up for yourself. Why are you denying it?
1
Kimberly York And cretin, if you look it up, is a French word meaning small and deformed people from the Alps, not having anything to those living on the island of Crete.
1
Kimberly York Based on what information have you determined that it was a sect of Israelites who kept the Torah?
1
Kimberly York It seems like a simple enough of a question for you to answer.
1
Kimberly York When do you believe Christianity was perverted? The First Council at Nicaea? Earlier? Do you read the canonical Bible, or do you also read non-canonical scripts that were part of the Hebrews' religion prior to canonization, such as Enoch, Gad, Samuel the Seer, etc.?
1
Kimberly York What do you believe was occurring during Paul's time? Was Luke part of this bastardization when he compiled the stories together through accounts?
1
Kimberly York Burning metal in a fire removes impurities. Refined brass is bright yellow.
1
Kimberly York What would you include in false ideologies?
1
Kimberly York Look at bullet casings. That's refined brass.
1
Kimberly York The Greek used here is χαλκολιβάνῳ. It specifically refers to yellow things: frankincense, orichalcum and yellow brass/bronze.
1
Kimberly York You're ignoring its usage to refer to anything yellow, specifically. Yellow doesn't mean Scandinavian. I think it's literally brass/bronze just as he literally had a sword coming out of his mouth. Dreams being represented with such imagery is a mainstay in the Bible, such as Daniel's interpretation of Nebucadnezzar's dream of the statue representing different kingdoms and empires.
1
HoggAzz HilLbilly White like wool. The color. Refined bronze (burnt in a fire) is metallic yellow.

@TehApolloEleven Eh, man, I know you're trollin'. Sorry, I didn't mean to make you think I didn't know otherwise. gl with getting whatever it is you need bro.
