Honestly, I disagree with them shooting him. It's unreasonable to believe that he was going to harm anyone if he got away. There was no reasonable suspicion that his flight was a life-and-death emergency until they made it one by shooting him. They should have impounded his car and got a warrant for his arrest for the DUI, assaulting an officer, resisting arrest and evading police. They were respectful and kind until he started fighting with them. Even while fighting with them, they just wanted him to stop. It was poor judgment to shoot him, and I agree with the firing.
