  2. This is just you not understanding. The bottom line is this: Copyright laws are shit. When you play a game, you necessarily have to copy it, if to nothing else but to memory. That means that traditional copyright laws like for books don't apply. The argument would be made in court, "You know you already let people copy the game to use it, so you have no rights to any of your IP's," which is completely valid as the laws stand and utterly crap. What needs to change is the copyright laws. THEN you can go after corporations who choose to continue to use a EULA enforced through DRM. Until then, corporations absolutely have a right to protect their IP's from frivolous claims and so should use a EULA until the laws are changed.

  3. Apple has always taken advantage of customers by charging way too much for too little power and leveraging every revenue stream they possibly can, such as requiring a fee for every lightning cable sold by a manufacturer. This company is a perfect example of profits before people.
