Comments by "nexus1g" (@nexus1g) on "'Migration Is Not a Fundamental Human Right' -- Breitbart Interviews Hungarian FM Péter Szijjártó" video.
Migration is absolutely a self-evident natural right. Before government, can a person move to a land of his choosing to reside and work and live? Of course. Does his doing this deny someone else the like ability to do similar or otherwise infringe on some natural right of another? No. It's a natural right, and only government can pass laws that infringe on this right. You are absolutely wrong. Citizenship is an earned privilege in a nation that comes with it duties and its own positive rights (e.g. voting). Migration itself, however, is simply a natural right. Our Founding Fathers knew this. That's why they never give the power to control immigration to Congress in the Constitution and they never passed any immigration laws. For close on 100 years there were no immigration laws in the US -- even when at war with Muslims in the Barbary Wars. It wasn't until after the Civil War that some states started passing immigration laws, then the Feds took it over -- an usurpation of power on both the parts of the states and the Federal government over the individual liberties that all humans have in equal standing. I stand for liberty. You are not a lover of liberty.

@simplytom1213 This is a demonstration of ignorance of what a natural right is, even after I provided you the caveat to your argument in my original post that you either didn't understand or read -- not sure which. When a person mixes their work with a piece of land, it becomes their property provided said property doesn't infringe on a like right to ownership in others. Political borders contain and define the width and breadth of a political ideology's area of influence, not people.
