Yeah, right. Debtor's prisons became constitutionally protected at the end of the US civil war with the 13th Amendment. It didn't abolish slavery if you read it: "Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime ..."

Traffic laws as they exist shouldn't even be a thing. What traffic laws should be is a determination for criminal liability in accidents. So if you run a red light and kill someone, you're liable to get charged for negligent homicide. Almost all problems in this country stem from government infringement on natural rights.
