  2. 25:42 Dude's an idiot. Looks like an intersection to me. All intersections are crosswalks, whether they're marked or not. Even giving him that it wasn't a proper crosswalk, drivers must ALWAYS yield right of way to pedestrians. If you're lane splitting and you run people over, that's 100% on you. No one else is responsible for you not hitting pedestrians.
