  3. It's 1 with a googol of zeros behind it. It is 10 billion to the power of 100. Since it's exponential growth, you pass 1000 zeros after just 10 billion to the power of 10, and you'd have 90 more iterations to go. It's like the powers of two: 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256, 512, 1024, 2048, 4096, 8192, 16,384, 32768, 65536, 131072. That's just 17 iterations of raising the power by 2 each time. Now try to imagine 100 iterations of raising the power of 10 billion each time.

  7. Philosophically speaking, Pi is not irrational. There is a finite minimal size of objects in our universe, so it is possible to have an exact ratio for all practical intents and purposes.

  8. I remember one math class I had when I was in school where they drilled into our heads that "and" is used only when there's a decimal. So you say two-thousand one and one tenths as opposed to two-thousand and one and one tenths.

  9. What would be fun is creating a color of RGB with each color represented by a three-digit number with 999 being full color and 000 being no color. Then draw lines for each 3 numbers corresponding to that color. So, for instance, 314 (red line), 159 (green line), 265 (blue line), 358 (red line), 979 (green line), etc.
