  3. john hakami, there was a man at a range who had an AR-15 malfunction and it fired in fully automatic mode. He did nothing to the rifle, it was a simple malfunction. He was arrested and charged for being in possession of an unlicensed and unregistered NFA item.

  4. DJ RavenSkye, if the ATF does their job, he will be arrested. They arrested a man whose AR-15 malfunctioned and fired multiple rounds with a single trigger pull because it was technically an NFA weapon. I wouldn't be surprised if they did the same thing here.
