  1. Women consider 80% of men to be below average so this makes sense. A 5/10 guy is more like a subjective 3, because a woman is comparing him to the 7s and 8s that she dates, not the 1s and 2s and 3s that are invisible to her I used to think I was like an 8/10 legend LOL just because I used to get girls in clubs and from Tinder. It took me a while to get out of the habit of only attracting low tier girls. So maybe focusing on girls when you're young just conditions you negatively. But it's also interesting, would we have the same personality and confidence without those experiences, but with extra years of focused entrepreneurship?

  31. I remember when I first got some drive for success. I had just been a university student, used to waking up at literally 11am - 1pm, being a lazy degenerate. But when I started working my first (and only) full time job, and I wanted something more of my life, I started waking up at 5:30am so I could meditate and get to the office early and hit the gym, then I’d eat my lunch sandwiches in the middle of the morning shift sneakily lol just so I could go back to the gym in my lunch hour. After years of binge drinking and getting to an unaesthetic body fat %, it was this lifestyle that really snowballed into me discovering entrepreneurship. One very important tip I have is that waking up early is only productive if you go to sleep early. Focus entirely on getting into bed around 7-9pm and just read whilst wearing blue light glasses. You need to dedicate 9-10 hours for bedtime to get around 7-8 hours of sleep

But truthfully I am the outlier here, 26 years old, financially free, amazing teacher, don't enjoy travelling etc so I don't see a reason to wait. I think it'll be the most fun time of my life raising my children, homeschooling them etc. But I've been getting ready for this for around 2 years, £500k saved up etc. Other men should certainly wait until they are ready. cant wait to add your course to Adonis School brother, the students are gonna love it

Imagine seeing people saying you saved their lives, to then attacking you because of the way you speak with conviction or that you changed your mind or changed the editing style in your vids. I was honestly so surprised by the lack of loyalty in these people. When you see an old mentor who helped you in the past but who's now messing up, you don't attack him. You support him just like he supported you when you were down. I supported my followers when they were down. They attacked me when I was down. As soon as one person started attacking me, so many other creators and viewers piled on because it's what happens in this industry. Everyone loves the guy who's blowing up, but when that same guy cant get as many views anymore thats when people start to attack him even though he's the same guy everyone loved just a few months ago. I had the same way of speaking with conviction when everyone loved me, but when the views are down thats when people attack you for the traits that they once overlooked or even liked. We always see the same comment from these people "Hamza saved my life, I would be a hopeless loser without him, but he talks with too much conviction so now I hate him (even though that conviction is what got me to change my life in the first place)" Only like 10% of my true bros stayed.
