  1. I never agreed with the "24 HOUR DOPAMINE DETOX TO RESET YOUR MIND" videos, so I've done it for 1 year instead with pretty much the rules you recommended here. Boys, it's been a life changing year. I went from smoking weed, playing video games, eating junk food, endless scrolling on Reddit and Instagram (looking at Instagram models lol) to actually starting my YouTube channel and getting some great success so far, I'm in the best shape I've ever been in (I've had visible abs for 11 months straight!), my mental health has never been better, my productivity skyrocketed. Now I spend my days helping the young men in my tribe improve themselves. Dopamine Detoxing has seriously improved my life. If anyone reading this is considering one, I highly urge you to do it!
