  1. I had a Great Grandma on my Dad's side of the family. We called her Mama Spann but she was always mean as hell to us. Both of her brothers were pilots in WW2. One was in Europe and the other in the Pacific. Both died during the war. And that is all I know. I was still really young & never understood why she was so onry. But my Mom said it was because she loved her brothers so much & lost them both during the war. I remember she had pictures of them both in uniform on the wall. My Mom also said that her father had gone to WW2. That he had thick brown hair when he left & it was totally white when he came home. He died before I was ever born but my Mom said he never talked about the war. And she rarely seen him after he came back. When she was still a child her Mom was hanging out clothes and lightning struck the tree that the clothes line was attached to & it killed her. She had 3 older brothers & 2 sisters. There Grandma ended up taking care of them & raised them.

  2. He tried to describe the CONCENTRATION CAMPS in Europe and is still brought to tears about seeing humans treated that way! Seeing people that are starving to death and the smell of death. And it makes me mad that YouTube blurs footage that people show of what the camps looked like. Cuz people do need to see & understand what happened so that we NEVER let such evil happen again. Over 9 billion people in this world and because the way people look the other way & ignore what they see that is right in front of them is scandelous!!! I know because at the moment I'm homeless & I panhandle in order to get by. And I know that 99% of the people that pass me by never help & try not to look at me. But I still get by thanks to the 1% of the people that do help. A lady asked me tonight why don't you just go in & steel what you want if your hungry. And I didn't want to preach to her but steeling is a sin. And I believe that the Lord will shine on me & help me get by. And even though I could do it & ask for forgiveness that is not my way. But I understand what this man is talking about too. A rotten corpse is such a horrible smell & I really can't imagine how bad it would be to be in the vicinity of hundreds of corpses. And see hundreds of people that are starving down to the bone.
