  3. first of all, Latvian living standards are not better you just have to compare energy and food prices as well as the price of apartments and people in Russia live better also the Slavic gene pool in Latvia is massive. i know a lot more on this subject and have been all over Russia and the Baltics also the racism toward ethnic Russians is very dangerous for Latvia because a civil war could break out at any time with Latvia getting the short end of the stick.
