  1. If anyone wants to try... uh, ‘wild, local meat’ when you’re visiting Japan, look for the word ジビエ (Gibier) on restaurant signs. Pretty much any mountain village in here hunts and eats whatever large animals wander into there farms. (We draw the line at monkeys, though.)
