  1. Beautiful work, as usual Greg. I’ve lived in a Japanese small town for the past 15 years. But I guess that “small“ is relative. My own town is centred around a hub station, so it’s quite convenient to live in since we can get to a city easily when necessary. But it’s surrounded by about five other “real“ small towns, that look a bit more like the one in this video. And likewise, they have been steadily emptying out over the past 30 years…which is probably the reason why my own town has been getting bigger. Anyway, experience living here has been wonderful.

  2.  @shiromochi-kun  Yes! When I have time, I often extend my commute home from work to pass through a local mountain village. And exploring the local area by bike is one of my favorite day-off activities. 🚴
