  5.  @visassess8607  Russia far eastern has less population , so less army hardware or facilities support their massive ICBM shooting system. Also US already has missile shields installed on Japan , Korea and Taiwan already. So its safe to American from that side. Only Arctic ocean US has no missile shield to inplace Russia border, so they build protecting radar ring and missile shield in Canada. Every nuclear warhead across that ocean will be shoot down and fall on Canada first.
