  1. Japan are always under US rule over , they are not De' facto sovereign country. Japan status is many number down from France or UK. Thats why their people must be punished upon American's desire. UK sold Rollsroyce Spey engine to China as bargain strategy in HongKong negotiation. Each nation has their own interest when do their trade. Japan is exception, It is never become sovereign country after WWII. So it can't be used as an example.
