  1. Brit had edge in ship gun but Turk had their edge in terrain. Brit wrong calculation in that it was not colonized war that Brit army easily won over ancient tribe army. But it was the Turk reform to new modern weapons army with rifles hand to hand on par with the Brit. So the Brit could do nothing.
